actually i don't wish to care already. but i'll be over at malaysia for the next 5 days. if you guys are going to meet, count me out. unless friday 12/6 there's a session, then someone sms me and i'll turn up (if i can). if i don't receive sms-es from people, then i'm going to wash my hands off it before the 17/6.

Ps i was wrong.

We have to think about what we want the sponsors to give/supply/sponsor (-.-) us before we approach them.

Like, if we need $$, then we have to think how much we need/can get out of them (x:) and then approach them.

Or if we need a certain item, then we think how many/much we need, then approach them.

This is what it would look like if everything goes well.
The mats are big enough for their butts to be on it.
Don't worry about the audience size because this performance is free. *hinthint*
Take note of the 2 people sitting on portable chairs just to the left of the centre of the image.
The age group? (see the balding spots and you might get a rough idea:X)
Of course, if you see carefully mats are not necessary for the frontmost 2 people (one in white and another in pink) as they are sitting on the GRASS itself.
We might want to consider that too.
Anyway there are 2 more free performances. I think it's singing ones only ._.

DRAMA HOLIDAY SESSION

Hi, dramatic people.

Neena, our SYF coach, is coming down to meet us on 17 June, wednesday, 10am.

She wants to hear all of our proposals and ideas.

Please contact anybody you need to contact, for e.g. Catering service, portable toilets

DO NOT ENGAGE THEM YET

Contact them to check for the price, then we can estimate our budget.

For the marketing department, please contact the sponsors you have in mind and ask like, how will they be helping us, e.g Free Drinks, $$ (the best), blahblah

Get together in your departments and discuss a little before 17 June.

For people who get a little pissy when given vague instructions (like me), discuss about

How are you guys going to ask the sponsors (call/email/terrorist threat)
How are you guys going to split the workload (which isn't a lot)
How are you guys going to compile the information (microsoft word la duh)
etc.

Do it over email, over conference, over maplestory, anything.

See you on the 17th.
